The CINV has been the promoter of three postgraduate programs at the University of Valparaíso that specialize in Neuroscience. Its researchers actively participate in its management, content and courses.
PHD IN SCIENCE, MENTION NEUROSCIENCE

Objective

This program is developed to train researchers interested on the development, structure and functioning of the nervous system. The strengths of the program rely on the molecular physiology and biophysics, physiology, computational neuroscience, sensory neuroscience, neuronal plasticity and neuropathology, as well as on development and neurogenetics.

MASTERS PROGRAM IN NEUROSCIENCE

Objective

One of the main challenges that Science encounters nowadays is to understand how the brain works at its different levels of biological complexity. The objective of this program is to deliver fundamental concepts of neuroscience to professionals interested on the origin, development and normal and pathological functioning of the nervous system at its different levels of biological organization; form molecules to behavior.
