INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER FOR THE INTERNATIONAL GAP JUNCTION CONFERENCE 2015

Instructions

1) Go to the IGJC 2015 webpage, http://cinv.cl/igjc2015. Select Registration.

2) Click Create new account to sign up with your email address and an alphanumeric password  (4 characters minimum). A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the verification number. Use institutional mail servers, given that Hotmail and Gmail consider communications from societies as spam due to their massive distribution.

3) Log in with your account (the email address and password you used in step 2)

4) Click on the Information button and fill out the form with your personal information. Do not forget to click on the Save button at the end of the form.

5) Go to the Payment button and select your registration fee and click Add to order.

If your registration will be paid by your tutor/mentor, select his/her name from the available list (request payment). Make sure that he/she has already registered in the system.

6) Click on the Webpay button. You will be redirected to a secure site to enter your credit card information.  A confirmation message and a ticket will be sent inmidiatly after payment to your email. Be sure to bring the ticket to the meeting.
